Lisa Mark – Principal

Years before she decided to co-found FlexTime Solutions, Lisa Mark had already become a highly skilled and effective recruiter. Now she heads up all sales and recruiting activities for the company. It's her desire to help people, combined with her passion for making the perfect placement, which has fueled the company's success.

Lisa has broad experience as a vocational counselor and recruiter in both agency and corporate settings including AIG and The Computer Learning Centers. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Art from Hunter College and a Masters in Art Therapy from Hahnemann University.

Kathleen Shelby – Principal

Kathleen Shelby brings a wealth of experience in the corporate world to her role as co-founder of FlexTime Solutions, experience she translates into an efficient and effective management style which appeals to candidates and clients alike. Before joining Lisa in 1996 to create FlexTime Solutions, Kathleen enjoyed an extended career in product marketing at Quaker Oats and Schering-Plough OTC, as well as experience in advertising at Ogilvy & Mather, San Francisco.

Kathleen's role at FlexTime Solutions focuses on strategic marketing initiatives, financial management, and general business operations. She also works closely with the team on advertising, candidate research and resume reviews. Kathleen holds a BA in Music and English from Notre Dame de Namur University, as well as an MBA in Marketing from the Haas School of Business at the University of California in Berkeley.

Jenifer Tsoumas – Senior Recruiter

With 15 years of experience in recruiting and HR administration, Jenifer Tsoumas anchors the candidate recruiting and research activities at FlexTime Solutions. Her winning personal style puts candidates at ease and helps them achieve their potential as they consider career options. Before coming to FlexTime Solutions, Jenifer worked in HR for Northeastern University, Grettacole in Boston, and internet consulting firm, Zefer Corporation. She holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University.

Esterina Herman – Accounting & Benefits Administration

Esterina Herman brings over 13 years of accounting and benefits experience to the FlexTme Solutions team. She plays a key role in managing the back office operations, and assisting employees with their benefits and payroll questions. Esterina received a degree from the College of Music in the USSR, with additional studies in Accounting at Queens College in New York.
